Meditation & Mysticism Ancient and Modern

An 11 week Zoom based workshop, 2 -2.5 hours on a Monday evening and approx 90 mins Tuesday evening, commencing at 7pm.

The start date is 28th April 2025.

Access to camera and audio required. The recordings of meetings will be available to the group after each session. Please come to meetings with your audio muted, especially if late in case a meditation is underway.

The workshop is free but a ‘pay it forward’ energy exchange is requested. If anyone does wish to help with expenses for running the course this contribution will be gratefully accepted.

Pay it forward – you don’t need to give anything or pay for the service or assistance you received, but are requested to offer assistance or help elsewhere as a pro-rata energy exchange and show your commitment to the course.
