Fuel by H.G. Tudor
H. G. Tudor’s book FUEL is about energy, energy, energy, how much he expends and how much he gets back. The empathetic person is the primary source of supply. An empath is expected to treat the Narcissist with love, care and respect and get nothing but manipulation and abuse for that gift of Fuel. The Narcissist is always measuring and will spend only enough energy to get a return that supplies them with the needed “loosh”.
The Narcissist has an inflated sense of importance, and believes that they are more talented, more good-looking, more accomplished. The empath is expected to stop whatever they are doing in order to attend to the needs of the Narcissist. Narcissists are dependent on the empath and do resent that fact. Tudor has written many books including “The Devil’s Toolkit” which is only available on Kindle. He does videos and interviews and never lets you see his face. He controls how much you are told, he limits what he will share to 15%. He controls every circumstance so he comes across in a good light or as he describes it as an “Ultra”.
If he lets you see him that would be a big risk on his part. You might see the look in his eyes that would alert or frighten you that could result in your rejection of him or even humiliation. In interviews he says that you can love him or hate him but never ignore him. Narcissists are predators and are highly represented in Government and all leadership positions. Reading Fuel gives us an understanding of personality disorders, it is relevant, delivered with clarity and your getting information from a first-hand source.
Another good resources is: The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis. It is a series of letters from Screwtape a high ranking demon, to his nephew Wormwood that investigates the nature of good and evil, human frailty, energy vampirism and God. The idea is to corrupt the human, distract them away from anything real while stealing their energy by inducing wrong thoughts, feelings and actions.
Wormwood like all junior demons, is being trained by his uncle Screwtape, to drain the energies of a particular man. Wormwood’s job is to pass those energies down through the so called, “lowerarchy”, as well as to rob the “patient” of meaningful connections with his loved ones and keeping him preoccupied with the frivolous, especially when praying in church.
Many who meditate will recognise this mental mis-direction, which comes not only from the so called demons, but the carnal mind itself.
Wormwood works to prevent free will choice and spirituality by focusing his “Patient” on the material, factual side of things and on the future. If Wormwood doesn’t succeed in irrigating these energies of loosh/Fuel, uncle Screwtape reminds him that he, Wormwood himself could become lunch to supply his energy quota.
Psychopath Free, by Jackson MacKenzie gives a good account on recovering from abusive relationships with cunning charmers and master manipulators who are Narcissists, Sociopaths and or Psychopaths.
